Thanks to everyone who has sent us feedback on the Leavers’ hoodies – it’s great to hear that they are being enjoyed.

Sending a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who ‘paid it forward’ by making a donation to help us cover the cost of ensuring that every Year 6 who wanted a hoodie was able to get one. We really appreciate your help in making that happen.

Round-the-World Week 5: 6880 Kms travelled!

A big thank you to everyone who is taking part in our Round-the-World Challenge. We’ve managed to travel an amazing 6880 Kms as a school so far. That’s far enough taken us from Cambridge-London-Paris-Rome-Athens-IstanbulEgyptDubai.

Banana Woman has recently been sighted at the Taj Mahal in India. Can we catch her there St Matthew’s? Record how far you’ve walked, run, scooted, cycled or even swum this week and help us get there. We need to go 1370 Kms more to reach her there!

Round-the-World Week 4: 4430 Kms travelled!

A big thank you to everyone who is taking part in our Round-the-World Challenge. Last week we went 1178Km kilometres further as a school. That makes the total distance we have gone an amazing 4430 Kms. That’s far enough to take us from Cambridge-London-Paris-Rome-Athens-Istanbul and then to the Pyramids in Giza, Egypt!

Banana Woman has recently been sighted by the Pyramids, but is she still here? Keep your eyes peeled St Matthew’s…
